This Master Plan was published by the City of Nyssa in the fall of 2021.
The city claims they created the plan based on citizen involvement, yet they received suggestions and feedback from less than 5% of Nyssa Residents.
After hearing lots of complaints from residents, volunteer and Nyssa High School alumni, Alison Maglaughlin decided to start a group and create a webpage in order to connect with other concerned Nyssa residents who want better parks. Not in 10 years, now.
If you are a concerned citizen, it would be really helpful if you read through the Master Plan and write down any questions that come up. We will present these at the next City Council meeting. They are on the second Tuesday of every month at 7 pm in the police building / city building (second floor).
